Recruiter 

 

Main purpose


The Recruiter partners with hiring managers and TA stakeholders across the Eastern Europe region to deliver end‑to‑end recruitment for non‑managerial roles. You will manage recruitment projects, define sourcing strategies and tools, collaborate with internal and external partners, and ensure a positive candidate experience while delivering team outcomes.

 

Key responsibilities

 

  • Manage the full recruitment life cycle for non‑managerial roles: briefing, sourcing, interviews, offers and onboarding coordination.
  • Administer and coordinate recruitment logistics, including job postings across relevant channels and maintaining internal and external talent pools.
  • Lead direct search and passive sourcing activities when required (LinkedIn, Boolean, social channels, etc.).
  • Organize, participate in and administer interviews and assessment centres; act as interviewer/assessor when needed.
  • Facilitate kick‑off and calibration sessions with hiring teams.
  • Provide timely candidate feedback and prepare offers in line with stakeholder agreements; lead negotiations and communicate final decisions.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors such as recruitment agencies.
  • Share best practices and updates with the TA community to continuously improve processes, tools and methodologies.
  • Work closely with the Talent Attraction team to deliver team outcomes.
  • Identify quality or efficiency gaps in TA processes and propose actions to improve standards.
  • Act as a point of contact for queries about recruitment status, tools, methodologies, global changes (e.g., MARGO) and current market trends.

 

Qualifications & competencies

 

  • Proven experience in recruitment covering both administrative tasks and full‑cycle recruiter responsibilities.
  • Experience in IT recruitment is beneficial.
  • Strong direct search skills (LinkedIn, social channels, Boolean search).
  • Familiarity with behavioural interview techniques.
  • Experience with ATS platforms such as Workday, SuccessFactors or Eightfold.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across Eastern Europe.
  • Knowledge or experience in the Life Sciences sector is a strong advantage.
  • University degree.
  • Very good English (minimum C1).
  • Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial — especially German, Bulgarian, Hungarian, Romanian, French and Greek.
  • Structured, organised approach with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
