Finance Business Partner PS CR
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Finance Business Partner to the site leadership team and the VSL / product team community in Alajuela and Heredia, influencing decision making through data driven analytics and strategic resource allocation.
- Responsible for financial steering of local PS operations in Alajuela and Heredia for financial commitments.
- Responsible for cost and resource planning, forecasting and actuals analysis for local PS operations in Alajuela and Heredia.
- Support finance specific projects, e.g. restructurings, make-or-buy assessments, launches, transfers etc. and support CapEx investment projects.
- Work in close collaboration with Product Team & Capability Cluster Finance BP’s- Member of the site leadership team.
WHO YOU ARE
- Person is required to work between Heredia and Alajuela Sites.
- MBA or equivalent university degree in finance or related fields.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in finance, accounting, controlling or similar fields.
- Advance English and Spanish level are required.
- Experience in PS Finance is an advantage.
- Apply VACC leadership behaviors and approach, demonstrating high self-awareness as well as system awareness.
- Advanced ERP / BI knowledge and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Advanced decision-making skills and ability to influence.
- Agility and flexibility to adapt plans in a volatile and fast-moving environment.
- Courage and diplomacy to balance financial and PS interests.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in people management.
