YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• Lead a customer centric product strategy, roadmap and backlog, ensuring an intuitive and premium car rental experience across all digital touchpoints
• Own and drive key features/projects over the full product development cycle: from ideation phase, through design, specification and development and over to the launch and post release analysis
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, Analytics, data science, operations, and the business stakeholders to define, build and launch products/features
• Demonstrate the ability to write crystal clear product specs, optimize conversion funnels, and to foster a culture of experimentation, encouraging the testing of new ideas and features through rapid prototyping and A/B testing
• Communicate product plans, benefits, KPIs and results to all stakeholders, including senior leadership, ensuring alignment and buy-in across the organisation
• Find the most efficient trade-off between high-value solutions for users and the complexity of implementation

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• You must have Bachelor's Engineering AND/OR Master's degree in business
• You bring 5-8 years of product management experience, adept in agile methodologies and cross-functional teamwork, with a focus on customer-facing digital products
• You MUST have experience working on Mobile-app development. Experience in B2C digital products or the travel/mobility industry is a plus
• You're comfortable leading, using available data insights to help your team and peers to make strategic product decisions
• You excel at analysing and communicating complex topics clearly and concisely across all organisational levels
• You effectively leverage AI assistants on day to day basis for better productivity
• You have excellent English communication skills and the ability to present and defend your ideas effectively with various types of stakeholders
