Your new role
As the Trade Marketing Manager, you will drive visibility and activation of our brands at the point of sale by designing and implementing targeted trade promotions and education initiatives for pharmacies and distributors. Working closely with commercial and cross‑functional partners, you will turn field insights into effective PoS activations that increase awareness among patients and pharmacy staff, support product launches, and outperform competitors at retail.
Some of your responsibilities will be:
- Build and strengthen partnerships with pharmacies and wholesalers to deliver trainings, in‑store activations and improved brand presence at PoS.
- Design and run trade promotions and campaigns that raise awareness of disease, device and therapies among Patients with Obesity (PwO) and People with Diabetes (PwD).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify PoS opportunities and translate findings into actionable trade plans.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and internal teams (Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, Sales) to align launch activities and ensure seamless execution at the store level.
- Manage the trade marketing budget, define KPIs, and report performance while proposing new engagement concepts and digital initiatives to enhance PoS impact.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering or related field; Master’s in Marketing, Health Economics or MBA desirable.
- At least 5 years’ experience in consumer goods or fast‑moving environments; pharma experience and Patient Support Program exposure are a plus.
- Experience in trade marketing, POS initiatives and commercial strategy with proven ability to drive activation at retail.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills with experience leading cross‑functional initiatives; people management preferred.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems and budget management; familiarity with digitalization, innovation and customer experience.
- Agile mindset, excellent communication skills, business acumen and effective time management.
- Fluent English is required.
