A role designed to help you grow 

In this role, you will support the creation and refinement of creative materials that promote the Ambu brand and product portfolio.  
Your tasks will span digital and offline asset creation, including support for product launches, digital campaigns, brand assets, and sales materials. This is a hands-on, learning rich role where you’ll collaborate with experienced colleagues, external creative partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to build both your craft and your strategic brand understanding. 

 

The team 

You’ll be based at Ambu’s headquarters in Ballerup, Denmark, joining the Global Brand & Marketing Communications team — a group of 15 dedicated marketing professionals working to grow Ambu’s brand and support commercial success. 
Within this, you’ll be part of the Brand & Marketing Creation team alongside an Art Director, a Global Creative Designer, a Copywriter, and a Brand & Content Manager — reporting to the Head of Brand & Marketing Creation. 

We collaborate closely with Digital Marketing and Marketing Communications Managers, and we regularly team up with freelancers and our creative production partner. 

 

Are you the Creative specialist we’re looking for? 

We imagine you’re early in your creative career and eager to learn, ready to take on responsibility, and want to advance your professional skills within a structured, international, in-house environment. 

You enjoy digital design and are curious about how branding, storytelling, and creativity come together in a global organization. 

Ideally, you: 

• Have around 2-3 years of experience from an agency or an in-house creative/marketing team 

• Can design digital assets and offline materials (e.g., banners, emails, social content, web content, flyers, brochures etc.) 

• Are comfortable working across the creative process: from idea development and presentation to production and polishing final assets 

• Are strong in Adobe CC, knows Figma and are not afraid to open PowerPoint 

• Are eager to collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing colleagues, and external production partners 

• Are organized, detail oriented, and can manage your time effectively 

• Are motivated by delivering high-quality content and growing your creative skill set
