ROLE OVERWIEW:
As a UI Designer, you will craft user-centric and visually engaging interfaces for our clients’ digital products. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineers, and UX Designers to ensure solutions align with business goals, user needs, and Capco and client brand guidelines.
Key Responsibilities

Design wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications

Contribute to the development and evolution of design systems and UI guidelines

Partner with engineers to ensure design feasibility, consistency, and high-quality implementation

Participate in user research and usability testing to inform and validate design decisions

Advocate for accessibility, usability, and inclusive design best practices

Present and clearly communicate design concepts to stakeholders
Essential Skills & Experience

Strong proficiency in UI design tools, especially Figma

A compelling portfolio demonstrating UI design for web and mobile products

Solid understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards (WCAG)

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Experience working in Agile / cross-functional teams
Nice to Have

Experience in consulting or working with multiple clients

Familiarity with design systems at scale

Basic understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS)
