Service Manager

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the execution, commissioning and warranty of all service jobs.
• Supervise the day-to-day operations of the service department, providing technical support to ensure that customers receive high-quality service.
• Conduct meetings to review the service department’s objectives, ensuring that targets and forecasts are met.
• Manage the daily activities of the service administrative team, providing coaching, training, and technical support.
• Facilitate team learning and training sessions and organize departmental meetings.
• Act as a safety champion by implementing and actively monitoring corporate safety programs for both field and office staff.

 

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent technical knowledge in industrial refrigeration service operations.
• Demonstrated organizational aptitude, including maintaining accurate documentation and staying on top of competing tasks.
• Proficiency in project management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and meet billing targets and forecasts.
• Knowledge of corporate safety programs and guidelines.
• Experience in recruitment and training processes.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
