The Opportunity:

In this role, you won’t just be “shadowing” – you will be a vital part of the team that manages our global CRM ecosystem. You will work to help design, build, and optimize the tools our field teams use to engage with Healthcare Providers (HCPs) and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). This is a unique chance to sit at the intersection of life sciences, data analytics, and information technology.

  • Roadmap Support: Help maintain the strategic CRM roadmap, ensuring project timelines are up to date.

  • User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Participate in testing new system features to ensure they work perfectly before they are released to our field teams.

  • Change Management: Create training materials, “how-to” guides, and communications to help our users adopt new CRM capabilities.

Required Skills, Experience and Education:

  • Current Student: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Analytical Mindset: You enjoy solving puzzles and figuring out how different systems or data points connect.

  • Communication: Strong written and verbal skills; you can explain a technical idea to a non-technical person.

Preferred Skills:
