Job Description
To provide end-to-end financial support to the business by delivering accurate reporting, insightful analysis, and forward-looking guidance that enhances performance and informed decision making. The role acts as a strategic business partner, bridging the gap between Finance and business by interpreting financial results, identifying key revenue and cost drivers, and recommending actionable measures that support sustainable growth and cost optimization. It ensures reliable forecasting and budgeting that enables the business to plan effectively and execute its strategy with confidence.
Qualifications
- Business Commerce Degree in Accounting and Finance
- A Chartered Accountant (CA) is non-negotiable
Additional Information
Experience:
- 5 years' experience within the Finance division in a banking environment or environment with similar technical challenge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain an understanding of the business environment and processes which are being supported in order to add value and allow for appropriate decision making to occur.
- Prepare accurate, timely monthly management reports for the business segment, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, variances and recommend practical solutions and corrective measures to improve performance and align with strategic objectives.
- Analyse financial results to identify revenue and cost drivers, emerging risks and opportunities for improved performance.
- Translate financial data into clear insights and recommendations to support decision making.
- Develop and maintain dashboard and performance indicators relevant to business.
