Responsibilities
- Create and implement HR strategy to support the company mission and principles
- Provide operational leadership and hands-on contributions in core existing HR systemsand processes
- Support recruitment processes in case of need, as well as manage recruitment and selection activities across the company to ensure the attraction of high-quality candidates who can contribute to the growth and success of the businesses.
- Manages onboarding and induction of all new hires
- Provide a range of HR services to employees from joining to the expiry of the contract andassist in all matters relating to employment matters
- Perform hands-on contributions to the improvement of HR processes and policies:workforce administration, compensation review, benefits, performanceand talent management, training
- Perform various administrative duties to support HR records and administrationrequirements in line with compliance and record-keeping requirements
- Work in partnership with the team to ensure effective management of complex employeerelations issues
- Creates an environment that fosters and rewards teamwork, collaboration, mutualsupport, and achievement of common goals
- Works in partnership with other stakeholders to develop high-impact development plansand ensure the achievement of employee development goals
- Manage expats full-cycle employment process
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of current Chinese Labor Law and Social Security
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Strong planning, organizing, and follow skills together with the drive for results
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships(with internal teams, external partners, and candidates)
- Excellent at both verbal and written communication
- Business fluent knowledge of Chinese and English.
