Job Description

Social Media & Content Management

  • Manage LATAM and Spain social media accounts: plan, create, coordinate, and publish content across active platforms (Instagram & TikTok), ensuring consistency and relevance across regions.
  • Handle content production, including recording, partial editing, and publishing.

  • Ensure content consistency and relevance across regions and platforms.

  • Responding to and engaging with messages and comments across social platforms, maintaining a brand-aligned tone of voice.
     
  • Staying up to date with social media trends and the broader digital landscape, identifying relevant content opportunities and formats.

Website & Central Coordination

  • Update website content in close coordination with Central teams.

  • Handle daily communication requests from Central, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Internal & Artist Collaboration

  • Coordinate with local teams across different business units to create content with artists.

  • Act as a key point of contact between local markets and Central stakeholders.

Events & Industry Presence

  • Cover strategic industry events where Believe’s presence contributes to the broader industry conversation.

  • Support the planning and execution of in-person events.

  • Provide logistical and operational support related to public relations, including coordination with internal teams, media, partners, and event stakeholders.

Client Education & Community Engagement

  • Design and deliver educational sessions for clients, both online and in person.

  • Execute client communication strategies from the Communications team, such as newsletters or other defined communication channels, in addition to educational sessions.

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in communications, social media, or content management, ideally in a regional or international context.

  • Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities across multiple regions.

  • Strong cross-functional coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with local teams, Central, and key stakeholders.

  • Developed analytical mindset, able to evaluate results, prioritize initiatives, and translate metrics into strategic actions.

  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments with evolving scopes and responsibilities.

  • Strong organizational and execution skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.

  • Knowledge of paid media is a plus.
     
  • Interest in or willingness to learn and explore artificial intelligence tools
