The Opportunity
Weāre looking for a Software Engineer who is excited to join an innovative team shaping the future of logistics. As part of our AI Native Engineering organization, you will help develop software that thoughtfully integrates the latest AI tools to create smarter, more scalable systems.
You will contribute to the core systems of Rose Rocketās next-generation logistics platform, whether developing the frameworks that power our system or delivering the customer-facing features that bring it to life. Your work will span from foundational infrastructure to the experiences that help our customers move goods more efficiently.

Collaborate on technical direction with teammates in a knowledge-sharing culture.
Help bring ideas from concept to delivery and see how your work makes a meaningful impact in the world of logistics.
Partner with cross-functional, product-focused teams that value curiosity, creativity, and continuous improvement.
Integrate and utilize AI tools across planning, implementation, and verification to accelerate delivery while raising quality standards.

What Will Help You Succeed
A collaborative and curious mindset, with a hands-on approach to solving problems.
Genuine care for your craft and the people who use your work.
2+ years (or equivalent experience) developing reliable, production-ready software.
Bachelorās degree in Computer or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Interest in learning and supporting others, helping teammates while continuing to grow within your role.
Proficiency with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude, Cursor, Cline, Windsurf) and enthusiasm to continue learning.
Experience with agile project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Linear, or equivalent).
Proficiency with Git and a strong understanding of version control best practices.
The expected salary range for this role is $119,083 to $156,852 CAD.
This range reflects the scope of the role, relevant experience, and opportunities for growth. Most new hires join between the minimum and midpoint of the range, with the upper end typically reserved for team members who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact over time.
Final compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
