  • Supporting local people initiatives, HR communications, training and other ad hoc projects
  • Training and mentoring colleagues to grow within your field of expertise

About you

As a member of a global team, you are expected to take active part in developing our processes and ways of working, and ensuring we provide our services to the employees and managers with a “One HR” mindset. You will actively guide and collaborate with members of the People Advisory team.

We are looking for the following capabilities and competencies in our new colleague:

  • Strong communication skills and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to take ownership and drive initiatives and processes independently.
  • A pragmatic approach to problem-solving and a willingness to help where needed.
  • You have an improvement mindset and can combine this with your understanding of customer needs to create a great service to our employees and managers
  • Ability to work across cultures and in virtual teams, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Fluent in Danish and strong English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Relevant educational background (university degree in a relevant field).

What we can offer you

  • A role in an HR team and company with a strong business focus and environment
  • A position with high autonomy and variety – the pace is high, and every day is different
  • A culture that welcomes you as the unique person you are
  • The long-term thinking of a foundation-owned company
  • Primary workplace in our Copenhagen office in Ørestad, with the possibility for hybrid work
