About the Role:
Dr. Squatch is seeking a full-cycle Recruiter to support our growing organization. This role will partner closely with hiring managers across the business to help build the teams that power our fast-growing brand!
The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in-house for a consumer brand, is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and thrives in an environment where priorities move quickly. You are proactive, thoughtful, and capable of driving hiring processes forward with minimal oversight while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
This role will report to the Senior Recruiter.
This is a full-time hybrid role with company benefits based out of Marina Del Rey, CA, with occasional visits to our manufacturing facility in Brea, CA.
The anticipated base compensation range for this role will be $80,000 to $100,000. Compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and local market rates.
What You'll Do:
- Own full life-cycle recruiting for assigned roles across multiple departments
- Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers by providing guidance on hiring strategy, role scoping, and interview best practices
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and timelines
- Conduct high-quality initial interviews to assess role fit, skills, and alignment with Squatch values
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and timely interview process for candidates and hiring teams
- Develop creative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn and professional networks to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
- Manage candidate workflows and requisitions within Greenhouse, ensuring accurate data, timely stage movement, and compliance with hiring processes
- Ensure a thoughtful, communicative, and positive candidate experience from first touch through offer
About You:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, in an in-house role
- Experience working for a consumer products, DTC, or ecommerce brand highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven ability to recruit across a range of functions (marketing, sales, product, operations, etc.)
- Exceptionally organized, with the ability to manage multiple roles, stakeholders, and deadlines at once
- Clear, confident communicator comfortable partnering with hiring managers and senior leaders
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to engage passive talent with a personalized approach
- Strong ability to confidently conduct interviews and make quick assessments
- Experience working with an ATS (Greenhouse a plus) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-moving environment
- High ownership mentality with strong follow-through and attention to detail
- Positive, collaborative team player with a good sense of humor
- Someone who gets things done without perfect resources is innovative and works with a sense of urgency
- Someone who has high standards, takes ownership, and is invested in the outcome
