Multinational Digital Infrastructure - Systems Engineer (US)

ABOUT THE TEAM 

The Multinational Digital Infrastructure (MDI) team is responsible for designing, deploying, and sustaining the sovereign and multinational classified systems that power Anduril’s global Maritime and AUKUS missions. As a Multinational Digital Infrastructure & Systems Engineer, you will architect and implement the classified environments, networks, gateways, and access pathways that enable U.S., Australian, and UK engineering and operational teams to collaborate at speed across IL5, IL6, and releasable environments. You will work across engineering, security, Mission Ops, and product teams to ensure our digital infrastructure is secure, scalable, and ready to support emerging mission demands. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Design, deploy, and maintain classified cloud and on-prem systems across U.S., UK, and Australian sovereign environments, including IL5, IL6, and multinational AUKUS CDE architectures.
• Build and configure classified networking, access pathways, and terminal solutions enabling multinational collaboration, including SIPRNet and allied equivalents.
• Partner with government customers, authorizing officials (AOs), cybersecurity teams, and policy shops to accelerate accreditation, break through legacy barriers, and unlock access for cross-nation engineering teams.
• Implement infrastructure automation (IaC), observability tooling, and secure configuration baselines to support scalable, repeatable environment builds.
• Work closely with product, autonomy, Lattice, and Maritime engineering teams to integrate infrastructure capabilities with platform development, testing, and deployment workflows. 
• Act as a technical leader during environment standup, troubleshooting, and validation events; ensure classified systems perform reliably in support of mission-critical needs.
• Support development of next-generation secure architectures for multinational development, data sharing, and C2 integration across Maritime platforms. Serve as an MDI technical representative during customer events, exercises, and operational demonstrations to ensure infrastructure readiness and mission success. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. TS/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in STEM field or equivalent engineering experience.
• Technical depth in one or more: cloud infrastructure, secure networking, systems engineering, DevSecOps, platform architecture, cybersecurity, identity & access management.
• 4+ years of relevant engineering, infrastructure, or technical program execution experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30–40%.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

• Experience with classified systems engineering, DoD or allied SECRET environments, cloud-based IL5/IL6 architectures, cross-domain solutions, or secure networking.
• Operational familiarity with Navy, undersea warfare, or joint mission environments. 
• Experience designing or maintaining distributed systems, secure networks, or infrastructure supporting autonomy, AI/ML, or sensor processing workflows. 
• Demonstrated ability to work across technical disciplines, influence without authority, and operate in ambiguous and fastpaced environments

US Salary Range$166,000—$220,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in the majority of full time offers; and are considered part of Anduril's total compensation package.
