At Valtech, you’ll find an environment designed for continuous learning, meaningful impact, and professional growth. Whether you're pioneering new digital solutions, challenging conventional thinking or building the next generation of customer experiences, your work will help transform industries.
We are proud of:
- The work we do and the innovation we drive

- A workplace culture that fosters creativity, diversity and autonomy
- Our borderless, global framework, which enables seamless collaboration
The role
Please note, we are only accepting applicants from the provinces of Ontario and Québec for this role. For Québec-based candidates, fluency in English is necessary because the position entails collaboration with teams based in the rest of Americas and occasionally in Europe.
As a Global Copywriter, you are passionate about experience innovation and eager to push the boundaries of what’s possible. You bring 3+ years of experience, a growth mindset and a drive to make a lasting impact.
We’re looking for a sharp, curious and proactive copywriter to join our in-house global creative team. This role is ideal for you if you want to grow your skillset across various content formats and already have a strong instinct for what works in digital.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our creative team — designers, video editors, and senior writers, and marketing stakeholders — to bring our brand storytelling to life across platforms. Our global content studio sits at the core of the global marketing organization, partnering across regions and verticals to support global marketing goals.
You will have opportunities to own projects, sharpen your craft, and learn directly from experienced writers in a supportive and diverse global environment.
You will thrive in this role if you are:
- A curious problem solver who challenges the status quo
- A collaborator who values teamwork and knowledge-sharing
- Excited by the intersection of technology, creativity and data
- Experienced in Agile methodologies and consulting (a plus)
Role responsibilities
- Craft and adapt clear, compelling copy across a wide range of formats — from blog posts, case studies, and web pages to organic and paid social, event materials, and more
- Bring a sharp eye and thoughtful instinct to short-form digital copy, balancing creativity with performance, UX, and audience intent
- Partner closely with designers to shape cohesive, high-quality creative work from first idea through final delivery
- Contribute to projects across regions, verticals, and business units, adapting your writing for different audiences while staying true to the brand
- Revisit and refine your work after design or publishing, responding thoughtfully to feedback and continuously raising the bar on clarity and consistency
- Learn alongside experienced copywriters, sharing context, aligning on messaging, and taking part in constructive feedback loops
- Add your voice to content ideas, editorial planning, and creative brainstorms — curiosity and initiative are encouraged
- Help protect and evolve our brand voice, ensuring editorial consistency even as you write for different markets, channels, and cultures
Must have qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:
- A portfolio that shows writing range across formats
- Professional copywriting experience appropriate to the level
- Strong instincts for storytelling, clarity, and tone across content formats
- Fluency in English (required); French Canadian fluency is a plus
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn — you’re not afraid to ask questions or propose new ideas
- Comfortable working in a globally distributed team and collaborating across time zones
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and project management tools is a plus
If you do not meet all the listed qualifications or have gaps in your experience, we still encourage you to apply. At Valtech, we recognize that talent comes in many forms, and we value diverse perspectives and a willingness to learn.
