Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Ensure the integrity of fixed assets.
• Control the company’s expenses and commitments.
• Present all monthly financial statements and reports.
• Ensure the reconciliation of intercompany accounts and the analysis of accounting accounts.
• Ensure compliance with the code of ethics and the management code, with the responsibility to report any incident and act accordingly in line with group regulations.
• Provide certain data required within the budgeting process (depreciation, taxes).
• Collaborate in all tasks related to month-end closing.Collaborate with audit requirements.
• Collaborate in the preparation of the budget, forecast, and in the analysis of variances.
• This position has the authority and responsibility to stop any activity or situation that has the potential to cause harm to the safety or health of employees and/or the environment.
• Comply with the provisions established in the Integrated Management System (IMS) procedures.
• Refrain from performing activities that may generate a significant environmental impact.
• In the case of activities with potential environmental damage and/or risk to personnel integrity, the activity must be stopped (STOP WORK).

Your profile and competencies to succeed

1. Intermediate computer skills.
2. Strong organizational abilities.
3. Business English.
4. Basic knowledge of SAP (FCS).
5. Basic knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment, as well as environmental aspects and impacts.
