We are looking for a Financial Analyst who views data organization as a critical tool for success. In this role, you won't just be crunching numbers; you will be the architect of our financial clarity, ensuring our reporting systems are streamlined, intuitive, and professional.

What You Will Do
- Optimize Data: Restructure existing spreadsheets by organizing tabs, simplifying formulas, and improving overall logic.
- Standardize Reports: Create consistent templates so that all company reports follow a uniform, professional style.
- Improve Layouts: Use clear formatting (colors, fonts, and spacing) to make complex data easy to read at a glance.
- Automate Tasks: Use Excel tools to make sure reports update quickly and require less manual effort.
What We Are Looking For
- Excel Expertise: High proficiency with formulas, Pivot Tables, and organizing large datasets.
- Eye for Detail: Strong focus on consistency, from alignment and fonts to formula accuracy.

- Reliability: A commitment to ensuring every report is accurate, polished, and ready for review.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, data management, or a reporting-heavy role.
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level skills in Microsoft Excel (must be proficient with, Pivot Tables, and Data Validation).
- Data Visualization: Proven ability to create clean, executive-level dashboards and charts.
- Software Knowledge: Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI or Tableau) is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: High level of precision in formatting, ensuring consistency across all documents and presentations.
Pay & Benefits:
- $75,000 - 100,000 Depending on Experience
