Description

As a Product Manager - you are charged with managing product line(s), with responsibilities to define and contribute across product vision, strategy, planning, delivery, marketing and in-life optimization of product(s). Ultimately you will be responsible for the full product life cycle of product(s) assigned to you; taking ownership and pride in the product(s) success; creating and maintaining an outcome‑driven roadmap. You will build enhancements on existing features, and help to develop new ideas based on strategy, business needs, your industry experience, and your contact with stakeholders, customers, and prospects. You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You can demonstrate knowledge of Agile methodology and can apply an Agile mindset to all aspects of your work. You must enjoy spending time to understand the problems that need to be solved and collaborate with engineering to find innovative solutions for the ADM Indicia global market. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with engineering counterparts to define product release requirements. You will work with Operations, Project Office, and Engineering to define the roadmap and strategy, helping them understand the product functionality, key benefits, and target workflows. You will also serve as the internal and external ambassador for our product, working with the account managers and key business departments to communicate the overall process.
 


Key Responsibilities

  • Determines stakeholder needs by specifying the challenges faced. Running customer interviews, research, and validation cycles. 
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product enhancements by reviewing product specifications and requirements, appraising new ideas and/or product change requests.
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company's internal processes and service offering with those offered by competitors. Identifying and quantifying market opportunities
  • Define and track success metrics (KPIs / OKRs). Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term usage metrics and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  •  Brings new product enhancements to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and IWW operations.
  •  Uses data to inform decisions. Prioritising product backlog using clear rationale
  •  Introduces and communicates new functionality by developing time-integrated plans with Project Office, Operations, and Engineering.
  • Maintains a good understanding of key aspects of the product – including but not limited to technical details, commercial context and operational impacts. 
  •  Facilitates cross‑functional alignment ensuring product readiness by collaborating with Operations and other teams
  •  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by participating in operational meetings and open discussions with account managers about what is and is not working.
  •  Performs management activities such as managing scope, expectations and requirements, setting up proper communication plans, performing risk management, and coordinating cross functional teams from different departments as needed.
  • Plans, supports and executes product launches and releases at agreed process and frequencies
  •  Performs testing and validation of new enhancements and customizations prior to release to production.  Generate communication via appropriate training and release material.
  • Works closely with operational departments like marketing, finance, and account management to drive action throughout the organization; to get product &/or product changes to market   
  • Is an ambassador and lead for the quality of product documentation. Oversees documentation standards and ensures accurate product knowledge assets are maintained



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within technology, SaaS, digital platforms, or B2B/B2C product environments.
  • Proven track record managing product enhancements and launching new products/features.
  • Experience conducting customer interviews, market research, competitive analysis, and validation cycles.
  • Exposure to global product management, including cross-geography operations and stakeholder alignment.
  • Familiarity with product documentation standards, release notes, and internal training materials.
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or other product management and collaboration platforms.
  • Confident working under pressure and managing shifting priorities.
