If you have a strong background in Telecom Sales, OpenRAN, and managing strategic relationships with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead regional business expansion.
What you will do:
- Lead sales and business development for OpenRAN solutions across Africa.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of telecom opportunities to support company revenue goals.
- Oversee the full sales cycle: opportunity qualification, technical coordination, proposals, and deal closure.
- Expand and strengthen the company’s market presence and sales funnel in the Africa region.
- Collaborate closely with the MEA sales team to drive regional alignment and growth.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with MNOs, operators, and strategic partners.
- Support local field activities for both new and existing customers.
- Work with customer support teams to ensure high-quality service across the Africa region.
- Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
Essential experience:
- 8+ years of Telecom Sales experience, ideally with mobile networks or network infrastructure.
- 3+ years of regional Africa/MEA sales experience with strong industry relationships.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.Sc).
- Solid understanding of 2G/3G/4G/5G mobile technologies.
- Proven track record of closing deals with MNOs and achieving sales targets.
- Strong professional recommendations and customer references.
