What you will do
Develop and own performance marketing strategy across paid channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, affiliates) focused on high-intent lead generation for financial products/services
Plan, review and optimize campaigns across search, social, display, native, and retargeting channels
Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to create compliant messaging and high-performing assets
Ensuring campaigns meet targets and step in to create ads if needed
Track campaign performance, build report, and provide insights to improve ROI
Ensure all campaigns comply with financial regulations and maintain lead quality aligned with sales and underwriting teams
Manage marketing budgets across channels and collaborate with internal teams to optimize the full lead-to-customer journey
What you´ll bring
3–5 years of performance marketing experience in the financial industry (banking, lending, insurance, investments, fintech, wealth management, or similar)
Proven experience in lead generation with measurable revenue impact
Proven experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic platforms, and lead-gen networks
Strong knowledge of tracking, analytics, and CRM integrations (GA4, GTM)
Excellent communication skills to translate data insights into actionable strategies
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
Creative, proactive, and results-oriented approach
