Why this role matters
Join our growing international HR team and support our Comp & Ben / Global Mobility activities. You’ll gain hands‑on experience with international compensation & benefits, labour law, social security, global assignments and cross‑border HR processes, with close guidance from our global mobility expert.
In this role you will:
Assist with immigration, tax & legal compliance
Collaborate closely with external partners (law firms, relocation agencies, insurance brokers, etc.)
Provide research and administrative support related to new legal entities, such as country-specific employment requirements, mandatory registrations, or document preparation.
Assist in ongoing and new Compensation & Benefits projects
Contribute to monthly recurring compliance tasks (e.g. payroll management)
Assist in coordinating the Belgian special tax regime for employees.
Follow-up on ongoing inbound & outbound secondments
Help analyse social security agreements, double tax treaties, …
Requirements
To be successful in the role you will bring:
A Bachelor/Master student in Law, Legal Practice, or related
Analytical, organised and proactive
Strong communication skills in English (verbal/writing)
Discrete with confidential information
Comfortable in a changing and fast‑paced international environment
Genuine interest in compensation & benefits and global mobility
