Johnson & Johnson is currently recruiting for a Finance Intern – ANZ Collections, from May to August 2026, located in Manila, Philippines.
As a Finance Intern, you will be joining a diverse and dynamic environment as part of the team. In this role, you will have an opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals within the field of Financial Services.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Investigate outstanding AR items by reviewing account records and transaction histories to identify root causes (e.g., missing RA info, unposted bank payments)
- Support posting corrections under supervision and recommend next steps to resolve discrepancies
- Prepare refund support packages and initiate approval requests; track refund progress until completion
- Follow up with customers and internal teams on held orders to obtain required information and facilitate order release
- Provide ad hoc documents on request (SOA, invoice copies, account forms, remittance confirmations) promptly and accurately
- Log and monitor Master Data change requests and New Account Creation tasks for JJVC ANZ (Australia, New Zealand); update tracking logs and follow up on status
- Communicate professionally with customers, sales, customer service, payments/banking contacts, and internal stakeholders to resolve queries
- Identify recurring issues and propose simple process improvements or small pilot solutions to increase collections efficiency
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business-related courses
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Teamwork spirit and can work under pressure
- Result oriented, able to succeed in a deadline-oriented environment
- Learning agility, adaptability to change with a growth mindset
