As a Data Analyst supporting Brain Study, you will provide operational and financial data and analysis to inform management decision-making. In this role, you will maintain detailed knowledge of departmental databases, analyze and retrieve information from multiple systems, and respond to data requests through research and collaboration with fellow analysts.
A caregiver in this role works days from 8:00 a.m. -- 5:00 p.m.
After the new hire orientation period, caregivers can work a hybrid schedule consisting of four days onsite and one day remote.
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Provide operational and financial data and analysis to support informed management decision-making.
Assist assigned department and leadership in obtaining information from various systems.
Establish and maintain detailed knowledge and documentation of all databases within the assigned department.
Analyze databases and provide timely responses to customer requests.
Provide database research and assist other analysts in completing requests.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Three years of professional analytical experience
Experience with multiple software packages, including Microsoft Office, SQL, Visual Basic and others
Analytical, organizational and project management skills with an ability to conduct complex analysis
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Master's or other advanced degree
Healthcare experience
Interest in Research and Healthcare
Physical Requirements:
Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods
Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment
Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information
In some locations, ability to move up to 25 pounds
Personal Protective Equipment:
