Works with a cross-functional team in optimization of application capabilities & business processes. Provide Business Analysis and project/product support for the development, enhancement, quality assessment, and on-going support of the relevant lines of business (LOBs). Actively participates in an application support rotation providing issue analysis and supporting resolution activities.
Essential Functions
- Perform application support duties including, but not limited to, research, issue resolution, incident management tasks, and change management (i.e. Miscellaneous ServiceNow tasks)
- Manage the research email boxes and respond in a timely manner
- Team Manager for Call Support rotation, prepare and conduct meeting agenda(s)
- Recognize and formulate approaches to address potential issues that could impact our applications.
- Broaden expertise of the business and work with technical and business teams to support business objectives.
- Understands security, risk management, and IT process principles and escalates to appropriate team(s) as needed.
- Participates in the design process to ensure it supports business requirements and an optimized user experience.
- Capture requirements for a complex system and/or multiple systems; understand the SDLC and its impact on deliverables.
- Translate business requirements into system technical requirements and partner with technicians to develop and document a design convey with appropriate level of detail to the development team.
- Support and/or participate in all phases of user acceptance testing to ensure quality in application releases and user experience.
- Influence requirements for new application features and enhancements that are consistent with strategic priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Hogan Deposits (IDS), CIS, RPM, Umbrella, and non-Hogan applications specifically running on a mainframe platform in Key’s environment
- Knowledge of banking and/or transaction processing
- Proficient in information gathering and analytical approach to problem solving.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work with little to no supervision.
- 4-year college degree; or equivalent experience.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills - written and verbal.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priority assignments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, MS Teams & Jira.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- OR equivalent experience (required)

- 5+ years of relevant experience (required)

- Extensive experience with evaluating current product quality and production methods and ability to maintains focus on the continuous improvement of processes, products and services.
- Extensive experience with major production application systems used for delivery of services to internal and external clients; ability to leverage major production application systems in diverse situations.

- Extensive experience with tools, methods, and techniques of requirement analysis; ability to elicit, analyze and record required business functionality and non-functionality requirements to ensure the success of a system or software development project.
- Extensive experience with activities, tasks, deliverables and techniques for documenting current business processes; ability to identify problems, opportunities, and re-engineering processes for improvement.
- Working knowledge of business data analysis; ability to collect, identify, analyze and interpret business data using various kinds of techniques to meet business needs and requirements.
- Extensive experience with the business aspects and operation of a software product; ability to manage install base, current uses, future plans, and product vision.
- Working knowledge of major tasks, deliverables, and formal application delivery methodologies; ability to utilize these in order to deliver new or enhanced applications.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.Please click here for a list of benefits for which this position is eligible.
