The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Supply Chain, the Supply Chain Data Analyst provides quality control for asset management data. The Supply Chain Data Analyst reviews business data to ensure the utilisation of assets is maximised
Key Responsibilities:
Track asset availability based on all future projects, quotes, contracts and sales team initiatives to identify risks in supplying assets dispatched from key sites.
Analyse and find solutions to data challenges by reviewing history and anticipating future requirements.
Ensure new and existing master data is cleansed and updated to guarantee consistent data standards.
Asset status and follow up: ensure system data is maintained and reflective of physical assets.
Create asset Forecast, balance with stock, availability, refurb, repairs, cleaning and capex requirements.
Attend monthly Event Planning meeting to highlight risks to supply and agree mitigating actions.
Provide asset reports to quickly identify above target utilisation or low utilisation.
Provide prioritisation of all asset refurbishment and recommissioning at key sites.
Manage disposal of non-repairable and obsolete assets at key sites and replacement in line with Capex budgets.
Work with key sites to accurately capture all Missing / Damaged / Dirty information.
Monitor age, condition and cost of maintenance for assets supplied from key sites.
Work with The Contracts Team to ensure accuracy of revisions and substitutes.

Functional:
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills
Ability to use Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
Personal:
Highly analytical and skilled at data interpretation
Flexibility coupled with good communication skills
Display high levels of professionalism and integrity at all times
A collaborative approach to team working
Focused and efficient to complete tasks in set timescales and to a high standard
