Job Summary: Neogen a leading company in animal safety and food safety is looking for an HRBP in Corp. Paseo Interlomas, Estado de México.

The HRBP role is a leadership position responsible for overseeing Human Resources operations at Neogen Mexico. This position acts as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives to foster a culture of engagement, growth, and high performance. With oversight of a team of HR professionals, the HRBP Manager ensures effective delivery of solutions across talent acquisition, development, employee relations, and compliance, maintaining excellence in all aspects of HR operations.

 

Responsibilities:

 

The HRBP for Mexico will act as a strategic and operational HR business partner, providing comprehensive support to the organization to ensure alignment with business objectives and seamless day-to-day operations.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with business leaders to align HR strategies with short- and long-term goals, overseeing workforce planning, FTE management. This role will drive the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition to attract top talent, onboarding, and implementing competitive compensation, benefits, and performance management programs that ensure fairness and market alignment.

 

The HRBP will lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Neogen DNA. This includes developing and implementing training programs, leadership development, and succession planning to support career growth and organizational continuity. The role will also focus on promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization to build a more inclusive workplace.Ensuring compliance with Mexican labor laws and global HR policies is a critical aspect of this role, including overseeing site safety and hygiene programs and managing adherence to local regulations.

 

Additionally, the HRBP will play a pivotal role in leading change management efforts to support organizational transformation, driving cultural initiatives that align with business goals while ensuring operational excellence across all HR processes. This role will act as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering expert guidance on workforce optimization, organizational development, and employee relations to enable business success and growth in the Mexican market.

 

Qualifications:

 

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with postgraduate studies or certifications in HR management or labor law, is considered a plus. (Master’s degree preferred).

5-7 years of HR experience

Strong expertise in Mexican labor laws and HR compliance.

Demonstrated success in HRBP or similar roles with a focus on strategic impact.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions.

Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday) and fluency in both Spanish and English are required, along with cultural sensitivity and awareness of regional roles.
