JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The Sales Executive is responsible for supporting marketing, leasing, and occupancy/revenue goals by carrying out activities related to leasing to new residents. These include qualifying prospective customers, arranging community tours and unit visits, and completing the required resident administration to secure the lease.JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Role Responsibilities
- Works as part of a team, supporting and respecting other team members to deliver an exceptional living experience for residents.
- Responds to all incoming sales inquiries promptly and in line with set targets.
- Initiates proactive outbound contact to convert generated leads and existing database contacts as directed.
- Understands, updates, and actively improves knowledge of the community, amenities, units, and features of the local area.
- Ensures that all data capture systems and contact details are updated accurately and on time as required.
- Plans and organizes daily activities to maximize the time needed to achieve the target number of leases.
- Converts prospects and leads into appointments and viewing bookings to meet specific leasing targets.
- Supports all communities, including cross-selling based on potential resident requirements.
- Follows up on the receipt of required documentation, contract returns, and processes payments.
- Manages lease cancellations in accordance with assets and regular platform usage.
- Sorts non‑sales inquiries and ensures they are handled professionally.
Knowledge and Qualifications
- Good general level of education demonstrating literacy and numeracy.
- Advance level of English and Spanish.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, as well as other systems such as databases/booking systems (e.g., Salesforce), is desirable.
- Competent in using online and web-based tools/resources to gather and present research and information.
- Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Additional language skills are desirable.
