We are looking for a talented Barber to join our team! In this role, you’ll support the daily operations of our salon and wellness areas while delivering high‑quality grooming and male‑focused services. You’ll also assist with reservations, reception duties, and maintaining clean, organized salon and locker room spaces. Your goal will be to provide an exceptional experience for every member and guest.

What you will do?

• Provide high‑quality barbering, grooming, and hair‑care services to members and guests.
• Set up and maintain the salon and wellness areas, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and proper stock levels.
• Welcome members, assist with general procedures, and ensure a smooth, professional experience.
• Maintain equipment safely, monitor product use, and support daily operational needs.
• Recommend and upsell wellness services, treatments, and products when appropriate.
• Work closely with the wellness team to support smooth, timely service delivery.
• Participate in required training, follow all service standards, and perform additional tasks as needed.

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years of experience as a barber in a luxury salon, spa, or high‑end grooming environment.
• Professional training/certifications in barbering, grooming, or hair‑care (trichology/beauty knowledge is a plus).
• Strong customer‑service skills, professionalism, and the ability to create an excellent guest experience.
• High grooming standards, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills in English and comfort with basic computer systems.
• A positive, proactive, and team‑focused attitude.
