1. Korean Marketing Strategies: Responsible for the overall brand building and business growth of Delta Force in the Korean market. Based on annual goals and version plans, integrate local user insights to deliver product positioning, brand strategies, and phased marketing promotion plans. Accountable for boosting regional market visibility and user growth.
2. Brand and User Ecosystem Development: Deepen the brand image of Delta Force in Korea, identify core needs of tactical shooter players and esports users, and leverage the game’s core gameplay to integrate internal and external resources. Oversee comprehensive marketing activities including online advertising, social media, content marketing, KOL/streamer collaborations, offline landmark ads, and cross-industry partnerships.
3. Promotion of Esports Events: Lead the planning and execution of localized communication strategies for esports events in Korea. Enhance event awareness and user engagement through event content incubation, streamer alliance operations, and community activity planning. 4. Market Insights and Strategy Optimization: Continuously monitor trends in the Korean PC/console shooter market, player behavior, and competitor movements. Dynamically adjust localized marketing strategies to improve campaign efficiency.
Who We Look For
1. Experience and Genre Knowledge: 5+ years of experience in the game industry focused on the Korean market. Prior experience in end-to-end marketing for shooter/PC games from launch to growth is preferred.
2. Resources and Execution Skills: Familiarity with major Korean media platforms (e.g., Naver, Kakao, YouTube, Soop, Chzzk) and channels (e.g., PC bangs, esports clubs). Possess high-quality cooperative resources with KOLs/streamers, media, and event suppliers to efficiently drive project implementation.
3. Language Skills: Native proficiency in Korean; fluency in English or Chinese for cross-regional collaboration.
