About the Position:
PharmaLogics Recruiting, part of Epic Staffing Group, is looking for an Executive Recruiter who will be responsible for screening job applicants and qualifying them for assigned positions, evaluating both technical skills and soft skills. In addition, whenever required, the Executive Recruiter will be responsible for driving the candidate acquisition process by identifying and engaging top talent for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU).
Please note: This is a temporary position with a 4‑month contract. Although the responsibilities align with a Sourcer role—primarily focused on identifying and engaging qualified talent—the external job title is listed as Executive Recruiter to better match market standards and industry expectations within Life Sciences staffing.

What You’ll Do:
Utilize a range of sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking sites, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for current and future job openings.
Develop and execute targeted search strategies to identify and attract passive candidates.
Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and client needs.
Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipeline status.
Maintain and update candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
Ensure candidate records are accurate and up-to-date, including tracking interactions and status.
What You’ll Bring:
One year of experience in recruiting, inside sales, or outbound calls.
Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies, procedures, and jobs’ impact on the organization.
Make quality decisions and meet the timeliness of those decisions.
Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role.
Work independently, see business needs, and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.
Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, and utilize time.
Attend to the needs and expectations of customers.
Affect or change others' positions and opinions.
Engage effectively in dialogue.
Salary: Annualized at $50,000 (actual pay will be prorated based on the length of the temporary assignment) + bonus eligibility.
The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position may also be eligible to participate in a company incentive plan and/or commission plan.
