We are looking for an organized, motivated, and versatile professional with experience in infrastructure or security projects to join our team as a Business Analyst/Project Manager. In this hybrid role, you will support the alignment of business objectives with technical execution, with a strong focus on coordinating technical teams and delivering projects within IT infrastructure, cloud, network, and security domains. You will take ownership of project management activities while contributing to business analysis as needed, overseeing the entire project lifecycle - from requirements clarification to solution delivery.
As a Business Analyst/Project Manager, you will work closely with technical teams and key stakeholders to clarify, document, and refine requirements, ensuring they are well understood and feasible from a technical perspective. You will lead project execution by managing resources, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high technical and quality standard.

What you'll do:
- Work with stakeholders to define business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and propose solutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams, translating technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that address business challenges
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and resolve issues as they arise to keep projects on track
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in both business processes and project execution
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, enhance solutions, and optimize project workflows
- Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, process diagrams, and status reports
- Track project performance and provide insights to improve future project delivery
What we expect:
- 2–4+ years of experience in IT project management
- Experience with infrastructure, cloud, or security projects
- Experience in secure IT infrastructure and cloud environments, including cybersecurity
- A degree in Business, IT/Computer Science, or relevant field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent business English
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, as well as other project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Azure DevOps)
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Readiness to learn new technologies, proactive and responsible approach to work
