ADP Retirement Services is hiring a Digital Marketing Technologist. This will be a remote position. We will be accepting applications till2/13/2026.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and implementing the technical execution of developing and deploying personalized omnichannel digital/demand generation and leading nurture journeys that optimize audience engagement, leads, and sales pipeline leveraging a diversified digital marketing technology stack. The role requires extensive hands-on technical expertise and will involve continuous collaboration with internal leaders, stakeholders, strategists, and consultants to gather requirements. The ideal candidate must possess strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to interact with others of varying skill sets and competencies both virtually and face-to-face, and meet or exceed project timelines and expectations in a complex, fast-paced, and results-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple functional teams to develop, deploy, maintain, measure, and optimize personalized retirement services campaigns.
- Work regularly with data scientists, sales/marketing operations, analytics, and others to develop, activate, and optimize comprehensive digital communication experiences.
- Create, integrate, or incorporate landing pages, forms, emails, SMS, advertising media, in-app push notifications, chat, and other digital properties (static assets, images, videos, dynamic content, web) into campaign journeys.
- Proactively shape and improve best practices, methods, techniques, tactics, and strategies that optimize audience experience, visitor engagement, and conversion outcomes.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Technical/Professional Requirements:
- 3-5 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience required.
- Fluent with Salesforce Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and can build responsive, accessible, and visually compelling email templates using HTML/CSS
- Familiar with Ad and Mobile Studio.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and omnichannel audience targeting and personalization.
- Experience with SMS and push notifications.
- Experience developing journeys functionally dependent complex data sets.
- Create and use Data Extensions.
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and its interrelationship with Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of contact entry/exit criteria.
- Solid experience developing and leveraging AMPScript.
A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

- Human Capital Management (HCM), Financial Services, or Retirement Services industry experience.
- Thrives in a creative environment and enjoys developing meaningful solutions.
- Working familiarity with JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, and SSJS.
- Exposure to or working familiarity with AWS, Tableau, Google Analytics, Demandbase, and Bombora.
- Familiarity with the Workfront Project Management tool
- Comfortable with ambiguity – a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- A high degree of personal initiative, results-oriented, strong sense of integrity and self-accountability.
- Open to reaching across functions (product, sales, sales operations, etc.) to strengthen partnerships, processes, and demand generation capabilities.
