
About this role
Team Global Express is looking for an ambitious, solutions-driven Business Development Manager with experience in courier operations and sales. You’ll identify major growth opportunities, design bespoke solutions, and oversee their delivery from concept to implementation.
We have multiple roles available across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.
What you’ll do
- Drive revenue growth with courier and transport clients
- Design and implement tailored solutions across B2B, B2C, e-commerce, and contract logistics
- Lead tender responses and large-scale proposals
- Manage implementation from solution design to operational rollout
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery
What you’ll bring
- Track record in major account management and solution design
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Confident presenting to C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
- Results-oriented, resilient, and adaptable
- Time spent in a Metropolitan courier and truck supplier selling or servicing customers with fast-paced and dynamic requirements (highly regarded)
