We're looking for a Marketing Manager, Events & Operations to join our Marketing Operations team. In this role, you'll support the Head of Marketing Operations in the strategy, planning, execution, and follow-up of global events, content production, event lead registration, and webinar series across multiple business units. Your work will directly contribute to measuring and improving the effectiveness of our marketing operations through ROMI tracking and continuous optimization.
At the heart of this role is global event management, project coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder management. You'll be the driving force behind seamless event execution, from industry conferences to webinars, while maintaining the processes and systems that keep our marketing operations running smoothly.
You'll collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, regional marketing teams, external agencies, and event vendors across different business units and geographies. This role offers significant growth opportunities to develop expertise in marketing operations tools, event strategy, and cross-functional leadership within a global cybersecurity company.
This position is based at our Helsinki HQ, with hybrid working arrangements. We value in-person collaboration and hope you can join us at the office regularly while enjoying the flexibility to work from home.
Key responsibilities in this role:
- Lead global event execution – Support the development and execution of global event strategies, including industry conferences, tradeshows, and webinar series, coordinating all aspects from planning through post-event analysis.
- Drive project coordination – Manage multiple events and campaigns simultaneously, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to ensure seamless execution and alignment across stakeholders.
- Optimize lead management – Oversee event lead registration processes, data quality, and post-event follow-up to maximize lead generation and qualification.
- Manage content and collateral production – Coordinate with designers and agencies on marketing materials and digital content, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for minor adaptations.
- Measure and report on success – Track and report on event success metrics, ROMI, qualified lead generation, participation rates, and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain marketing operations tools – Serve as a custodian of marketing operations platforms including Salesforce, Jira, CRM systems, and project management tools, gathering best practices from global teams to optimize processes.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in marketing operations and event management, or a similar role, ideally within a global B2B environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives across different teams and time zones.
- Proficiency with marketing operations tools, for example Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage relationships across sales, product marketing, regional teams, and external partners.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience measuring event success metrics and ROMI.
- Full professional proficiency in English; Finnish language skills are not required.
You'll stand out if you have:
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva for content adaptation.
- Background in B2B marketing within technology or cybersecurity industries.
- Experience managing webinar programs from speaker coordination through post-event analysis.
- If you have any experience from embedding AI into your daily processes.
