Hai Hospitality is accepting applications for an experienced Recruiter for our Home Office based in Austin, TX. We are an innovative and growing restaurant group, looking for individuals who are creative, ambitious, and passionate about food and people. As a Recruiter, you'll be responsbile for full-cycle recruitment for Manager and Chef requisitions, assisting with ATS Administration via Workday, and assisting restaurant leadership with hiring best practices for line-level staff. You'll work in close contact with restaurant leaders to understand their hiring needs and assist them in delivering a efficient and memorible hiring experience.

We're offering an annual salary between $60,000-$65,000 depending on experience.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Executes recruiting strategies for multiple restaurant locations
- Responsible for job posting administration and maintenance.
- Develops and updates job descriptions and job updates.
- Reviews candidates resumes and job applications.
- Develops ‘out-of-the-box’ recruitment strategies to reduce time to fill and cost-per-hire.
- Attends on-site hiring events and executes hiring strategies for new restaurant openings (NRO).
- Manages candidate applications and applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Coordinates interviews with qualified managerial candidates with hiring managers.
- Provides qualitative and quantitative data to appropriate leaders to improve the candidate process and hiring strategies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
DESIRED EDUCATION
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- 1-2 years in hospitality and restaurant industry preferred
- 1+ years of recruiting experience preferred

- Ability to resolve problems in a timely manner and gathers and analyzes information skillfully
- Maintains confidentiality, remains open to others’ ideas, and exhibits a willingness to try new things.
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, use time efficiently, and develop realistic action plans.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality.
- Consistent, follows instructions, responds to management direction and is communicative
- Well organized and a strong ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to connect and advocate for candidates while maintaining objectivity.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Provide creative thinking on innovative approaches to recruiting and sourcing.
- Ability to self-manage, with a positive manner and a strong team and delivery focus.
- Proficiency in building and maintaining good working relationships with subject matter experts
- Ability to shift priorities based on the current business needs and to make progress on multiple, concurrent projects
