About the Role
You’ll begin your journey as a Front Office Coordinator the warm, welcoming face of Dental Boutique. From greeting patients to managing appointments and ensuring each visit runs seamlessly, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding patient experience.
But this role doesn’t stop at the front desk.
If you naturally build trust, communicate with confidence, and enjoy helping people take the next step, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a Patient Sales Consultant role, guiding patients through their smile journey with care, clarity, and confidence.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
- Check patients in and out while managing appointment schedules efficiently
- Handle phone enquiries and complete administrative tasks accurately
- Create a calm, confident environment that puts patients at ease
- Coordinate closely with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations
What You’ll Be Growing Into
- Lead personalised consultations that support patients through decision-making
- Build strong rapport and trust while presenting treatment options clearly
- Manage treatment plans, scheduling, and follow-up communications
- Collaborate with clinicians to deliver tailored, high-quality care

About You
- You may come from hospitality, healthcare, dental, high-end retail, or sales, bringing a premium customer service mindset to everything you do
- You’re confident, warm, and thrive in high-touch, people-focused environments
- You’re organised, detail-oriented, and enjoy creating structure in busy settings
- You’re ambitious, emotionally intelligent, and eager to grow into a role with greater responsibility
- You’re motivated by helping people and delivering meaningful outcomes
