The Role
We’re looking for a Financial Accountant to take ownership of key finance functions and support the smooth running of our month-end and reporting processes.
In this role, you’ll oversee month-end close and general ledger reconciliations, manage the Accounts Payable function, and support the wider business with purchasing, budgeting, and finance system queries.
You’ll be a trusted point of contact across teams, ensuring processes run efficiently and in line with company policies.
What You Will Do
- Managing and optimising systems such as Xero, CostTracker, Weel, Amex, and Officeworks
- Overseeing payroll and reviewing fortnightly payroll runs
- Preparing and reviewing JV reporting, critical financial reports, and senior management updates
- Reviewing journals, calculations, and CX finance requests for accuracy and compliance
- Improving accounting policies, procedures, and controls as the business evolves
- Supporting ad hoc requests from the Management Accountant and Group CFO
