What you will be doing

In this role, you will work closely with more experienced HR colleagues. You will:

  • Assist with different stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, preparing materials and communicating with candidates.

  • Contribute to employer branding and wellbeing initiatives, such as events, communication campaigns or internal activities.

  • Support the team in using our HR systems, tools and databases, helping maintain accurate and organised information.

  • Provide HR administrative support, including document preparation, filing and coordination.

  • Assist in HR projects, collaborating with colleagues across the territory and PwC network.

The environment is dynamic and fast‑moving, but you’ll never be on your own – you’ll be part of a supportive team that enjoys working and learning together.

What you will bring along

We’re looking for someone who is curious, well organized and eager to grow in the HR field.

You should have:

  • A university degree.

  • 1-2 years of experience in HR or related administrative work.

  • Very good English, both written and spoken.

  • Good digital skills; proficiency in Excel is an advantage; you’ll be supported to learn more.

  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to build trust.

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured working style.

  • A proactive, positive, and self-driven attitude, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.

  • A genuine interest in people, teamwork, and building long-term relationships.
