Position Title: Quality Control Technician

Position Location: Yantai, China

POSITION OVERVIEW:

The position of Quality Specialist reports to Quality Supervisor/ Quality Manager.

The key objective of this role is to be the steward of the HBF quality management, Make sure our departments are matched with our defined ISO procedures and keep on improving quality. Manage QC daily inspection and continuous improvement process and system via SPC/CPk results and other tool analysis

PRIMARY DUTIES:

1. 检查必检原材料和包装材料，收取原材料COA给技术员，确保来料合格。
2. 在线成品测试,确保入库成品合格。
3. 输入QC测试数据进QC数据库。
4. 完成COA,确认出货检验报告符合要求。
5. 留样管理,确保成品和原材料的追溯性。
6. 执行在线检测,确保成品出料过程合格。
7. 完成测试数据整理,确保质量记录完整。
8. 完成季度/月别内部校验测试仪器。
9. 完成其他测试，退货检查，客户投诉测试，研发技术要求的测试。
10. 发现任何异常，填写异常报告,配合生产查找异常的原因。
11. 确保工作区域始终保持干净，整洁和安全,完成相应的5S工作。
12. 正确操作设备，发现任何缺陷或违规行为，都必须停止使用并报告。
13. 完成主管分配的其他任务。

Minimum Requirements

1. 本科及以上学历，化工相关专业。
2. 有化工或化工产品应用,制造工艺等方面的实习经验者优先。
3. 较强的人际交往能力，能够与跨职能团队有效地沟通和工作。
4. 自我激励，积极主动，具有成功精神。
