Position Responsibilities:
Handle cheque and document fulfilment
Printing and mailing incomplete memo and letter
Payment related - foreign currency disbursement / cheque cancellation and reissue
ORO and Medical checkup letter issue
Handle inquiry from internal parties
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of administrative experience.
Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent relevant work experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Good communication of English and Chinese, both written and spoken
Self-motivated, well-organized, and able to work independently
Mature and pleasant personality
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with insurance or agency operations is an advantage.
Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
