We’re looking for a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our team, where you’ll have the chance to grow your career while solving impactful, high-scale problems. About the team
The Widgets Platform is a key part of monday.com’s platform, providing the foundational building blocks that make data across monday accessible, actionable, and meaningful - through our dashboards & widgets infrastructure that serve as the visibility layer for all of monday’s products.
Our mission is to help teams understand their work, make better decisions, and move faster - by extending visibility beyond dashboards into every surface and workflow, powered by AI and platform extensibility.
This is a unique opportunity to shape one of the most central parts of our product and infrastructure. You'll own the platform that powers widgets used monthly by millions, extending its reach to new surfaces and contexts, and driving innovation that helps people access the right insights, wherever they work.
About The Role
- Work on backend platform solutions, taking full responsibility and ownership from conception to post-deployment in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Work on an end-to-end design and implementation of features - from database to UI.
- Work towards impact - achieve customer satisfaction while taking into consideration scaling, performance and UX.
- Our stack - Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, SQS/SNS/Kafka, SQL, NoSQL - while we don't require previous experience with the exact technologies, this is what you can expect to work with and you'll need to get comfortable with.

Requirements
- Strong technical skills and a passion for developing features end-to-end (client and server).
- Experience building a web application from scratch.
- Understanding of product and a passion for building software that provides a great experience.
- Strive for excellence, biased for action and collaboration with team members.
- Team player, strong communication skills, and empathetic.
Salary & Compensation
At monday.com, our total compensation package includes:
- Base salary
- Bonus target
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs)
The total target monthly compensation for this role ranges from 30,000 PLN to 48,000 PLN.
The total compensation package shown here reflects the current monday.com stock price and may change over time as the stock price varies.The target bonus and RSU grant are discretionary, depend on individual and company performance, and are subject to Board approval and the company’s equity plan, in line with monday.com’s bonus policy as updated from time to time.
