Windward, the leading Maritime AI™ company, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for our AI solutions for public sector and governmental organizations.
As a Product Marketing Manager at Windward, you will own the end-to-end go-to-market process and be responsible for translating complex market needs and advanced technical product capabilities into a clear, compelling value proposition. You will craft product messaging and narratives that drive new business opportunities, partnerships, product adoption, and strengthen Windward’s position as a market leader in the public sector.
This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Management, while leading multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of public sector and governmental customer needs, target personas, and the competitive landscape
- Own and evolve product messaging, positioning, and value propositions for different public sector personas
- Lead and cross-manage all product marketing processes and global product launches across departments
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and leadership teams to support revenue growth and adoption
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to create high-quality content and digital assets, including webinars, blog posts, social media content, use cases, datasheets, whitepapers, conference materials, and more
- Be customer-obsessed – participate in customer conversations to deeply understand use cases, challenges, and decision-making processes
- Translate technical and AI-driven capabilities into clear, outcome-oriented messaging for non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B technical product marketing (experience in AI, cyber-tech, or B2G environments – a strong advantage)
- Proven experience owning end-to-end go-to-market for B2B/B2G SaaS solutions
- Strong background in product positioning, messaging, and global product launches with cross-functional teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proven experience producing high-quality marketing materials
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and extract meaningful insights
- Experience with remote sensing, satellite imagery, or geospatial intelligence solutions—particularly in government, defense, or security contexts—is a strong advantage.
