About the position
As part of our HR team, you’ll support day-to-day people operations and gain hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle. You’ll work closely with our local and global teams and get a behind-the-scenes look at how HR works in an international company.
Requirements
What You’ll Do
- Support HR administration (contracts, documents, certificates, and data maintenance)
- Assist in recruiting activities, including job postings and interview coordination
- Help with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Support HR projects and internal initiatives
- Be a go-to support for general HR and people-related questions
What You Bring
- You’re currently enrolled as a student (e.g. HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar)
- Interest in HR, people operations, and organizational culture
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Very good English skills
- Confident with Google Workspace
