We are seeking a motivated Data Engineer to join our team and help build robust, with 0-5 years’ Experience, scalable data infrastructure. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain data pipelines that support analytics, reporting, and operational needs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, accessibility, and performance across platforms.
As a Lead Data Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing and managing front-line manufacturing employees. Typically managing hourly employee populations.
- Developing and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data.
- Working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Optimizing data workflows for performance and scalability.
- Collaborating with data analysts and scientists to support business insights.
- Ensuring data integrity and implement best practices in data engineering.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have 0–5 years of experience in data engineering or related field.
- Have Proficiency in SQL and Python (or Scala).
- Have Familiarity with cloud services and data warehousing tools.
- Have good understanding of data modeling and pipeline orchestration.
- Have strong problem-solving and communication skills.
