Role Overview
Ryt Bank is building The World’s First AI-Powered Bank, designed and built by exceptional Malaysian talent to empower Malaysians with smarter, more human financial solutions.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to support how our products are positioned, launched, and adopted across customer touchpoints. This role is ideal for an early-career marketer who is curious about product thinking, excited by storytelling, and eager to learn how go-to-market strategies are shaped in a fast-moving digital bank.
You’ll report into the Product Marketing team and work closely with Product, Brand, Creative, Lifecycle, Social, CX, and Data teams to help translate product features into clear, customer-centric narratives that drive understanding, usage, and trust.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Go-to-Market Support
• Support go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for product launches and feature updates
• Assist in defining product messaging, positioning, and value propositions
• Work with Product and CX teams to translate complex features into customer benefits
• Help prepare product briefs, launch materials, and internal alignment decks
Marketing Execution & Collaboration
• Collaborate with Brand and Creative teams on integrated campaigns that drive awareness, usage, and retention
• Support the development of marketing toolkits and assets (e.g. landing pages, app content, emails, FAQs, social content, videos)
• Work with Lifecycle and Social teams to ensure product messages are consistent across channels
• Assist in coordinating with agencies or vendors where applicable
Insights & Optimization
• Support performance tracking by helping gather campaign metrics, user feedback, and insights
• Work with Data or CRM teams to understand basic performance indicators and customer behavior
• Assist in competitor and market scans to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities
• Iterate on messaging and materials based on feedback and results
Requirements & Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Mass Communication, or related fields
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas
• Interest in product marketing, digital products, and user-centric thinking
• Comfortable working with decks, documents, briefs, and basic marketing tools
• Able to collaborate across teams including product, design, growth, and data
• Curious, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
• Early work experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or GTM roles
• Exposure to fintech, digital banking, or app-based platforms
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing, funnels, or customer segmentation
• Interest in AI-driven products or emerging technology
• Side projects, portfolios, or case studies related to marketing or product launches
• Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin proficiency
