Position Summary
The Product Manager (PM) will take responsibility for bringing to life AI-native products across a variety of digital commerce use cases. The PM will support our strategic data service initiatives to ensure our customers have clean product data and will work with a variety of subject matter experts to build AI-native tools that accelerate their work. This position is best suited for someone who is a creative problem solver and can bring a unique perspective for what is possible.

Responsibilities
• Translate broad business problems into sharp data science use cases
• Own team-level goals and KPIs
• Work closely with our architecture, infrastructure and operational teams to ensure evolution of our AI infrastructure and best practices
• Lead product release planning and execution, setting clear expectations for scope, timelines, and delivery of new functionality
• Work cross-functionally with all areas of the business including our Solution Engineers, Practice Directors, Data Specialists, and Managed Service teams
• Create a consistent feedback loop by validating your direction with end-users and translating learnings into clear next steps
• Act as a product ambassador - proactively demoing features and championing both the product and team mindset
• Be accountable for delivering incremental value every sprint
• Manage backlog prioritization of work
• Ensure sprint over sprint delivery by answering questions, addressing ambiguities, and being available to solve issues

Skills and qualifications
• 5+ years of relevant experience in digital product ownership or related field
• Experience building an Enterprise SaaS platform product and complex digital solutions
• Demonstrated experience on a team shipping Gen AI/ML features
• Ability to create process maps, UX flow diagrams, and prototypes
• Proven business sense, ability to take decisions, think strategically and partner with business/other teams
• Excellent communication & presenting skills, including with executive stakeholders
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with Jira or another ticket management systems


Preferred:
• Hands-on experience in AI tooling within product and software development (Agentic
• IDEs, prototyping tools, etc) Even better if you can show us something you built.
• Curiosity in using new tools to accelerate how product design and development is done
• knowledge of Lean & Agile practices, UX/UI and Application Design & Integration
