Within the Pharma Services Group, the Drug Product Division (DPD) is responsible for the development and commercial production of drugs improving the life of millions of patients. Poised by significant investments, strong domain knowledge & unmatched quality system, the DPD Division is targeting strong growth and margin expansion in the next few years.
To achieve this ambitious goal, we’re looking for a Finance Manager to support our Commercial & Development operations in one of our largest & most successful sterile injectable sites: the Monza plant in Italy (> 2000 employees).
Reporting to the Sr Finance Manager, you will have the following main responsibilities:
- Lead the Strategic Plan and the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes;
- Prepare the monthly Forecasts, partnering with the different sites’ teams;
- Oversee the monthly closing process analyzing the P&L results versus the AOP/Forecast;
- Prepare and discuss the Monthly/Quarterly Business Review (MBR/QBR) with the Site Leadership Team, providing business insights and financial analysis;
- Develop, standardize and improve regular analyses and reports, driving clarity on the main drivers of the performance (Price, Volume Mix, Net Productivity);
- Lead cross-functional projects such as the yearly Product Costing process;
- Support the Site Leadership Team in the identification of the main business risk & opportunities, promoting the related preventive and corrective measures;
- Prepare the business cases related to new business opportunities;
- Drive the digitalization process of the Finance function (i.e.: new tools to improve efficiency and effectiveness, etc);
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis as required;
- As a people manager, coach and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
- 10+ years of relevant Finance work experience in a Manufacturing Company (Pharmaceutical sector is considered a plus)
- Solid FP&A background and excellent analytical and modeling skills
- Solid knowledge of SAP, HFM and Hyperion as well as Microsoft Office and BI Tools
- Fluent English
- Ability to work with management at all levels
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong passion and curiosity about the business
