Your Role at KIK
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Systems Analyst to lead the optimization and management of our Oracle JD Edwards (JDE) EnterpriseOne ecosystem. This role is suitable for a professional who thrives in a complex, multi-plant manufacturing environment. You will be the primary functional expert ensuring that our Sales, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Warehousing modules—integrated with DSI (Data Systems International) mobile solutions—operate at peak efficiency to support our global supply chain.
What You’ll Do
JDE Functional Leadership: Lead the design, configuration, and support of JDE EnterpriseOne modules across multiple manufacturing facilities.
DSI Integration Management: Act as the subject matter expert for DSI Cloud Inventory/Mobile Enterprise, managing scripts, data collection points, and hardware integration on the warehouse and shop floors. Configure inventory tracking, bin locations, lot/serial control, barcode scanning, and replenishment rules. Design and test warehouse processes including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting
Manufacturing Excellence: Optimize Shop Floor Control, MRP, and Configurator modules to support complex production schedules and multi-level Bills of Material (BOM).
End-to-End Supply Chain: Streamline the "Order-to-Cash" and "Procure-to-Pay" cycles, ensuring seamless data flow between Sales Order Management and Inventory.
Advanced Warehousing: Oversee JDE Warehouse Management (WMS) configurations, including advanced putaway/picking rules, license plating, and real-time inventory tracking via DSI.
Multi-Plant Coordination: Standardize business processes across diverse manufacturing sites while accounting for localized requirements and inter-company transfers.
Solution Architecture: Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical developers, focusing on minimizing customizations by utilizing standard JDE functionality or Orchestrator.
Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose automated solutions to reduce manual data entry and increase accuracy.
