We are now seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to accelerate our digital presence, strengthen customer engagement, and support commercial growth across our Calibra portfolio.
About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and external agencies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, support e‑commerce performance, and build a loyal online community.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
Develop and deliver digital marketing strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
Manage PPC, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Monitor campaign performance and implement continuous optimisation.
Ensure all digital content and communications are aligned with Calibra’s brand identity.
Online Media & eCommerce Campaigns
Plan and execute online campaigns across markets with Calibra online shops.
Manage collaborative campaigns with Calibra vendors and partners.
Provide regular reporting, insights, and improvement recommendations.
Analytics & Reporting
Analyse digital performance metrics to identify trends and new opportunities.
Produce regular reports on campaign results, ROI, and KPIs.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research.
Website & Conversion Optimisation
Support updates to Calibra websites and work with design/development teams.
Implement CRO strategies such as landing page optimisation, A/B testing, and CTA improvements.
Ensure accurate tracking (tags, pixels, analytics integrations).
Influencer, Agency & Partner Collaboration
Coordinate with external marketing agencies and other service providers.
Identify, negotiate with, and manage influencers and brand partners.
Oversee influencer collaborations and campaign delivery.
Internal Collaboration
Work cross‑functionally with teams across the business to deliver cohesive marketing initiatives.
Keep marketing leadership informed on progress and results.
Participate proactively in team meetings and continuous improvement projects.
What You’ll Bring
Education & Experience
Degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Minimum 3 years’ experience in e‑commerce marketing, including PPC and SEO.
Experience in pet care or FMCG is a strong advantage.
Skills & Competencies
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in digital tools including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms (e.g. MailChimp, Hootsuite).
Confident written and spoken English (B2 or higher).
